PAYMENT
* Full pre-payment prior to arrival.
* The Room Rates are per person.
* No refund the payment.

* Child under 2 years no charge, 3 to 6 years charges 2,000yen, over 6 years charges same as a adult.

CANCELLATIONS
You must cancel your reservation at least 1 day prior to the scheduled arrival date or you will be charged the first night’s room and tax by the assigned hotel.
50% of total due if cancelled less than 2 days prior to arrival.
No show :If no cancellation has been received and you fail to show up at the hotel, we will charge a one night room charge.
